Jan 06: Dr. Virander Kumar Paul concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Federal Republic of Somalia
The 1991 batch IFS officer, is currently the High Commissioner of India to Kenya and has been given additional charge with residence in Nairobi.
India Closed its Embassy in Somalia after the 1991 Civil War break out and ever since has been managed by the High Commission in Kenya.
