The United Kingdom abbreviated as UK and also known as The Great Britain made up of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland and other small isles is an island nation in north western Europe. The country is one of the most powerful and most developed countries in the world. UK has a very long history of political power and colonization and it was said that the Sun never sets in the British Empire due to its colonies right from Fiji in the east to America in the west.

UK is the world’s sixth-largest economy and has a very high-income economy and high human development index. It retains a great power, with considerable influence on economic, cultural, military, scientific and political aspects internationally.

UK thrives on the service sector. It is the world’s largest financial centre. Tourism is also an important sector for the British economy. Though initially, the country saw the industrial revolution, but now a days, there are hardly any products that the country manufactures. Most of UK’s manufacturing is done in China, India and other countries.
