Namibia, officially known as Republic of Namibia is a country in southwest Africa alongside the Namib Desert. The country is home to diverse wildlife. Namibia is one of the very few German colonies in the world before it was taken over by South Africa during the World War I. Hence Namibia’s economy is tied closely to that of South Africa.

Namibia’s economy is based on mining, agriculture & livestock, manufacturing and tourism. It has a highly developed banking structure and us a technologically advance country.
