About Rwanda

Rwanda, formerly known as Ruanda and officially known as the Republic of Rwanda, is a landlocked country in the East Africa region. It is one of the smallest countries in Africa.

Though a small country, it is currently the second-fastest growing economy of Africa. The country is landlocked and with very few natural resources, the economy has primarily been Agriculture however it is growing in the industrial sector. The country manufactures cement, agricultural products, soaps, plastic goods, textiles, etc., like other countries in Africa; Rwanda also has a share in the Mining industry. Minerals such as Gold, Colten, Cassiterite & wolframite are mined which are used in the manufacture of electronic components.
