About Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan, a Central Asian country that was earlier part of the Soviet Union. It extends from the Caspian Sea in the west to the Altai Mountains in the east.

The economy of Kazakhstan is one of the strongest in the Central Asia region. The economy is quite dynamic and the country’s open for global trade and being part of China’s Silk Route has given itself opportunities in trade and tourism.

Kazakhstan’s economy is generally based on the production of crude oil and natural gas condensate. Other than this the country also has cement production and agriculture forms about 5% of GDP with production of Grains, potatoes, grapes, vegetables, melons, livestock, etc.,
