Nov 10: The 11th Round of India-Armenia Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) was held in Yerevan on 07 November 2025. The Indian delegation was led by Amb. Sibi George, Secretary (West), Ministry of External Affairs and the Armenian delegation was led by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Mr. Mnatsakan Safaryan. The previous round of FOC was held in New Delhi on 18 November 2023. Secretary (West) also called on H.E. Mr. Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. An Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Public Health and Medical Science between the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of India and the Ministry of Health of Armenia was also signed.
During the FOC, discussions were held on the entire gamut of bilateral relations. Both sides also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest including cooperation in multilateral fora.
It was agreed that the next FOC would be held in India, on a mutually convenient date in 2026.
