The inaugural edition of the “Kochi Dialogue 2025”

Jan 16: The inaugural edition of the “Kochi Dialogue 2025” is being organized from 16-17 January 2025 in Kochi, Kerala by the Centre for Public Policy Research (CPPR) – a Kochi-based think-tank, in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

This is the first of its kind Track 1.5 Dialogue on India’s relations with the Gulf Region, being organized in Kerala. The theme of the inaugural edition of the Dialogue is “India’s Look West Policy in Action: People, Prosperity and Progress.”

Throughout the Dialogue, policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and India will deliberate on five pivotal themes concerning India’s relations with this important region: (i) Trade, Economy, and Investments; (ii) Maritime Strategic Partnerships; (iii) Education, Healthcare, and Technology; (iv) Diaspora Connect; (v) Energy Cooperation and Innovation.
