5 Day Mega Food Processing Summit to support MSMEs

Sep 28: A 5-day knowledge sharing Mega Food Processing Summit- FoodPro: 2021 is being conducted under the aegis of solution buggy platform in association with MSME Development Institute, Bangalore. 

The event features more than 30 speakers ranging from food industry experts, food entrepreneurs, existing business owners, food packaging experts, machinery manufacturers, academic researchers, etc.  

The comprehensive series of sessions will cover a wide range of topics related to the food processing industry such as steps to start a food processing unit, licences and certifications required; schemes and grants for setting up food industry; opportunities in beverage, dairy, bakery and confectionery industries; top trends in the food industry; technology transfer and international business opportunities; food clusters and food parks in India; the role of packaging in food preservation and shelf-life extension; learnings from success stories and how to digitize the food processing industries.
